By using the 3M Auto Solutions website or engaging our services in Nairobi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our online forms or place orders through this site.

Services & bookings

Online booking requests are subject to confirmation by our team. Workshop quotes are valid for the period stated on your job card. Additional work requires your approval before we proceed.

Vehicle sales

Listings are based on information available at the time of publishing. Test drives and independent inspection are encouraged. Sale terms, transfer, and NTSA processes are agreed in writing at the point of sale.

Parts & orders

Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise. Stock levels can change; we will contact you if an item becomes unavailable after you order. Returns follow our parts counter policy for unused, resalable goods.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, 3M Auto Solutions Limited is not liable for indirect losses arising from site downtime or third-party payment failures. Our liability for direct loss is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product.
